2. Overview of the Wheel Rotary Bending Fatigue Testing Machine:
This testing machine applies bending moments to wheels through centrifugal loading via a variable frequency motor to detect the wheel's resistance to bending fatigue.
A specialized rotary bending fatigue testing machine for truck and heavy-duty vehicle wheels. Adopts the method of rotating load with a stationary wheel.

4. Technical Specifications of the Wheel Rotary Bending Fatigue Testing Machine:
4.1 The testing machine mainly consists of the main unit, parameter measurement and display unit, power control unit, and test fixtures;
4.2 The main unit is manufactured using a cast structure, facilitating easy sample installation, with the wheel stationary and the load rotating;
4.3 The driving power uses a variable frequency speed-regulating motor to achieve stepless speed regulation, thereby driving the load to rotate at high speed and applying a bending moment to the wheel via the rotating shaft;
4.4 The load applies bending moment to the wheel through the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation of counterweights. Adjusting the bending moment is achieved by changing counterweights of different weights and regulating the rotational speed;
4.5 Equipped with a high-precision non-contact laser sensor to measure and detect the deformation of the wheel;
